date night

Jeff likes to tell me to keep the 70's in the 70's. He says it isn't coming back, at least not here in Newfoundland, and he prefers that I don't wear bandeau's, high-waisted bottoms, or flared / wide-legged pants. Well, to Jeff, I say this: Honey, I love you, you are wonderful, but you are wrong.

I wore this to Wing 'N It on our date night! Maybe I should have tried to impress Jeff since he was the one I went with, but alas, I didn't care. I happen to love the 70's vibe. Maybe even more than Jeff's opinion on these pants. But seriously, Wing 'N It just opened and it was fabulous. They have 90-something flavors of wings. We tried 4 kinds--Mach 2 was the best we had. And unfortunately, the only one I can remember the name of. They have their dry spiced wings, then sauces, and the other combinations come from mixing the wet and dry spices together to make other combinations. Plus, I was impressed by the fact they have like 10 kinds of fries. Seriously? And they let me order a half order of nacho's. Because as you can tell, I'm watching my weight? Hell no. I just would like to try as many tasty wings as possible and not fill up on nachos. But if you know me, I can't really go to a restaurant without ordering them because I have a problem.

Looking back now... I could have used some accessories! That's what happens when you hurry, guys. At least, I'm assuming that's what happens. This was a few days ago and I can't even remember if I had jewelery on or not. Anyway, here's an update: I don't think I'm skilled at choosing 30 items. I think next time I'll have a better idea of what to pick.
